Overview: Our client is a hospitality group that runs various large scale hotels in the key cities in KSA .
Key Responsibilities
Lead financial strategy, planning and control for the hotel group, advising the owning company on overall performance.
Oversee financing, capital structure and debt-restructuring initiatives across the hotel portfolio.
Ensure robust financial reporting, risk management, budget forecasting and cash flow management for large-scale luxury hotels.
Partner with operational leadership (hotel GMs, revenue, operations) to drive profitability, cost controls and asset optimisation.
Manage and develop the finance team and ensure compliance with Saudi accounting, tax and regulatory requirements.
Provide strategic advice to the board/owners on investment decisions, hotel expansion, refurbishment financing and M&A opportunities.
Bring deep sectoral expertise from 5-star hotel chains to embed best-practice financial discipline and hospitality-specific metrics.
