  Key Responsibilities:

  • System Support & Analysis: Assist senior consultants in analyzing client business processes and requirements, mapping them to ERP functionalities, and configuring system settings.
  • Implementation Assistance: Support various phases of the ERP lifecycle, including data migration, testing, training, and post-go-live support.
  • Documentation: Create and maintain clear, comprehensive documentation for system configurations, user manuals, and business processes.
  • User Training: Assist in developing and delivering basic training sessions to end-users.
  • Troubleshooting: Provide initial level support for system issues, escalating complex problems to the appropriate team members.
  • Communication: Act as a liaison between the technical team and business stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and understanding of project statuses and requirements.

  Required Qualifications & Experience

  • Experience Level: 0 to 2 years of professional experience in an IT, business analysis, or related field.
  • ERP Knowledge (Preferred): Foundational understanding or exposure (through coursework, internships, or basic professional experience) to major ERP systems such as: Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (D365 F&O) ,Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central , SAP (S/4HANA, ECC),Sage (e.g., Sage 300, Sage X3)
  • Core Business Knowledge (Must-Have): * Basic Accounting Principles: Understanding of GL, AR, AP, and financial reporting. * Supply Chain Fundamentals: Knowledge of procurement, inventory management, and basic logistics
