  Responsibilities:

  • CRM Implementation:Assist in the planning, configuration, and deployment of CRM solutions to meet business needs.
  • Data Management:Support data migration efforts and ensure the integrity of customer data within the CRM system.
  • User Training:Collaborate with team members to conduct training sessions for end-users, ensuring effective utilization of CRM tools.
  • Customization:Work closely with the development team to customize CRM solutions based on business requirements.
  • Troubleshooting:Provide first-level support to resolve CRM-related issues and inquiries from users.
  • Documentation:Maintain comprehensive documentation of CRM configurations, processes, and best practices.
