• Description:
  **Responsibilities:** -Manage all aspects of feed mill operations including production, maintenance, inventory, and logistics.
  -Ensure compliance with health, safety, environmental, and quality standards.
  -Monitor feed quality and implement quality assurance protocols.
  -Supervise and train plant personnel; promote a culture of safety and continuous improvement.
  -Develop and manage budgets, control operational costs, and enhance efficiency.
  -Coordinate with procurement and sales teams to ensure timely availability of raw materials and product deliveries.
  -Maintain accurate records and generate reports on production, maintenance, and safety. ** **Requirements:** -Bachelor’s degree in Animal Science, Agriculture, Engineering, or a related field (preferred).
  -Minimum of 10 years’ experience in managing feed mill or manufacturing plant operations.
  -Strong leadership, organizational, and problem solving skills.
