Responsibilities
-Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns across social media platforms to drive brand visibility and patient engagement for eye care services
-Create, curate, and publish high-quality content focused on eye health, treatments, and patient education
-Monitor analytics, track campaign performance, and optimize strategies to increase reach and conversion
-Identify and pursue online business development opportunities, including partnerships, referral channels, and promotional initiatives
-Manage social media interactions, respond to inquiries, and support lead-nurturing efforts to drive appointment bookings
-Collaborate with clinical teams to ensure accuracy and compliance of medical-related content
-Conduct competitive research and apply audience insights to strengthen digital presence in the eye care sector
Qualifications
-3–8 years of experience in digital marketing and/or online business development, preferably within the medical or healthcare sector
-Strong knowledge of social media platforms, content creation, digital advertising, and analytics tools
-Proven ability to manage digital marketing campaigns independently and deliver measurable results
-Experience identifying and developing online business opportunities and nurturing leads
-Excellent communication, storytelling, and audience engagement skills
-Ability to collaborate with clinical and administrative teams to produce accurate and effective content
-Prior experience in ophthalmology, eye care services, or healthcare marketing is a strong advantage
