Job Description
Responsibilities:
Lead financial strategy, planning, and analysis to support business growth and long-term value creation.
Partner with the CEO, Board, and business leaders to align finance operations with overall business strategy.
Oversee FP&A functions including budgeting, forecasting, and performance tracking.
Manage capital structure, funding strategies, and investor relations activities.
Ensure strong governance, regulatory compliance, and internal controls across different regions.
Drive efficiency and automation through ERP systems and digital transformation initiatives.
Mentor, develop, and manage high-performing finance teams.
Requirements:
Proven leadership experience in senior finance roles within Preferably with an international company or an IT solutions, SaaS, or technology company.
Strong background in financial planning, strategic decision-making, and performance management.
Hands-on experience with ERP systems, Either Tier One or Odoo and/or Microsoft Dynamics 365.
Experience with subscription-based business models and key SaaS performance metrics is preferred
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
Fluent in English and Able to work and supervise remote teams
Can travel to Saudi Arabia when needed (may reach 40% of the time as per job needs)
