Seeking an experiencedSupply Chain Managerto lead and optimize end-to-end supply chain operations. This role is critical to ensuring product availability, cost efficiency, and operational excellence across procurement, logistics, warehousing, and distribution. Key Responsibilities :
- Lead and manageend-to-end supply chain operations, including procurement, warehousing, distribution, and logistics.
- Develop and implementsupply chain strategiesaligned with business goals and growth plans.
- Establish strong relationships withsuppliers, distributors, and service providersto ensure continuity and cost efficiency.
- Optimizeinventory management, forecasting, and demand planning to minimize shortages and excess stock.
- Monitor and improveoperational performanceusing KPIs related to cost, service level, and efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with internal controls, commercial policies, and operational standards.
- Manage, guide, and develop the supply chain team to achieve high individual and departmental performance.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Minimum15 years of experiencein supply chain leadership.
- Proven background inRetail Trading or FMCG(mandatory).
- Strong understanding of warehousing, logistics, procurement, and distribution networks.
- Excellentleadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Fluent inEnglish & Arabic.
- Must be based inside Jordan and available to joinimmediately or within 30 days.
