  Overview

  Our client is a leadingmedium to largecompany in the field ofManufacturing / FMCG, seeking an experiencedHuman Resources Managerto lead the full HR function and support business growth through effective people strategy, governance, and performance management. The role requires a hands-on leader with proven experience inRetail Trading or FMCG, strong communication abilities in bothArabic and English, and the capability to operate in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

  Key Responsibilities :

  1. Develop and execute theHR strategyaligned with business goals and operational needs.
  2. Leadrecruitment and workforce planningto ensure timely hiring of qualified talent.
  3. Overseeemployee relations, performance management, and disciplinary processes.
  4. Managecompensation, benefits, and payroll coordinationin line with company policy.
  5. Ensure compliance withJordanian labor lawand internal HR policies.
  6. Drivetraining, development, and succession planninginitiatives.
  7. Prepare HR reports and provideadvisory support to the CEOon people matters.

  Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Minimum10 years of HR experiencein Manufacturing, FMCG, or Retail Trading.
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proven experience handling large workforces and multi-department operations.
  • Fluency inEnglish & Arabic(spoken and written).
  • Must be currently based in Jordan and available to joinimmediately or within 30 days.
