National Sales Managerto lead sales operations across Jordan and drive sustainable revenue growth. This role is responsible for shaping national sales strategy, building strong distribution networks, and achieving ambitious market expansion goals. The ideal candidate brings proven experience in
Retail Trading or FMCG, strong leadership ability, and fluency in both
English and Arabic.
Key Responsibilities :
- Develop and execute thenational sales strategyaligned with corporate objectives.
- Manage and expanddistributor and key account relationshipsacross all regions.
- Lead, coach, and performance-manage thesales teamto achieve targets and coverage goals.
- Drivechannel development(Cash van trade,modern trade, general trade, and wholesale) to increase market share.
- Overseesales forecasting, budgeting, and reportingfor the executive team.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activity to refine pricing and promotions.
- Collaborate with marketing and supply chain to ensureproduct availability and effective promotions.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Minimum15 years of sales leadership experiencein FMCG or retail trading.
- Proven track record in managing nationwide teams and distributors.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and leadership skills.
- Fluent inEnglish & Arabic.
- Must be based inJordanand available to joinimmediately or within 30 days.
