  Our client is a leading small to medium-sized companyin the manufacturing sector, with a strong emphasis on building materials such as cement, aluminum, or steel fabrication. They are seeking a highly experienced English SpeakingFinance Managerto drive financial planning, reporting, and performance management. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in manufacturing finance, strong ERP proficiency (Microsoft Dynamics / Odoo), and a proven track record of strategic financial leadership. The candidate must be present now in KSA.

  Key Responsibilities

  1. Financial Planning & Analysis:Lead budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis to support strategic decision-making.
  2. Management Reporting:Prepare, analyze, and present monthly/quarterly financial reports to senior leadership.
  3. ERP Financial Management:Oversee financial modules in ERP systems (Microsoft Dynamics or Odoo), ensuring accurate data and efficient processes.
  4. Cost Control & Inventory Accounting:Implement and monitor cost accounting practices specific to manufacturing operations and materials.
  5. Cash Flow & Working Capital:Manage cash flow forecasting, working capital optimization, and treasury functions.
  6. Compliance & Internal Controls:Ensure compliance with Saudi financial regulations, taxation, and internal control standards.
  7. Team Leadership & Development:Supervise and mentor finance/accounting teams, strengthening capabilities and performance.
