Our client is aleading large-scale companyin the field ofInvestments (Conglomerate). Headquartered in Amman, they oversee a diverse portfolio of businesses and are looking for a strategic HR leader to drive their human capital initiatives and align departmental goals with the overarching corporate strategy.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategic HR Leadership:Partner with the CEO to develop and implement HR strategies that support the conglomerate’s long-term business objectives.
- Systems Management:Oversee and optimize the use ofMenaITech(or equivalent HRM systems) to ensure data accuracy, streamlined payroll, and efficient personnel management.
- Regulatory Compliance:Act as the subject matter expert onJordanian Labor Lawand Social Security regulations to ensure all policies and practices are fully compliant.
- Talent Acquisition & Management:Lead recruitment efforts for senior roles and oversee performance management cycles for a workforce exceeding 100+ employees.
- Organizational Development:Design and implement structures that enhance communication, productivity, and employee engagement across different investment arms.
- Policy Development:Create and update comprehensive HR manuals, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and compensation frameworks.
- Reporting & Analytics:Provide the CEO with regular analytical reports on HR metrics, including turnover rates, hiring costs, and departmental budgets.
Candidate Profile
- Experience:10+ years of progressive HR experience, with a significant portion in a managerial role within the Jordanian market.
- Education:Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (MBA or SHRM/CIPD certification is a plus).
- Skills:Strong command of Strategic HR, expert-level communication, and proficiency in MenaITech.
- Languages:Native-levelArabicand professional fluency inEnglish(written and verbal).
- Residency:Must be basedinside Jordan.

- Working Days:5 Days per week
- Preferred Start Date:Within 30 days
- Monthly Salary Range:JOD 2,500 – JOD 3,500(depending on experience and interview performance).
