    • Responsibilities
    • Manage the upload, classification, distribution, and lifecycle of project documentation using Aconex and InEight Document, ensuring strict adherence to project protocols and governance standards.
    • Control the issuance of technical documents and drawings to internal and external stakeholders, maintaining accurate version control, access permissions, and audit trails.
    • Implement and enforce standardized document control procedures aligned with project, client, and organizational requirements to ensure consistency and traceability.
    • Monitor document revisions, apply approved naming conventions, and maintain comprehensive document registers and logs for efficient retrieval and audit readiness.
    • Support project teams with document submissions, reviews, retrieval, and proper filing to ensure timely availability of critical project information.
    • Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and internal departments to manage document review, approval, and transmittal workflows within Aconex and InEight.
    • Prepare document transmittals, progress reports, and compliance summaries to support project reporting and governance needs.
    • Qualifications
    • Proven hands-on experience managing project documentation using Aconex, with demonstrated knowledge of InEight Document systems in a construction or engineering environment.
    • Strong understanding of Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) documentation, workflows, and technical terminology.
    • Excellent organizational skills with high attention to detail and a structured, methodical approach to document control.
    • Ability to manage high volumes of technical documents while ensuring accurate versioning, classification, and archiving.
    • Effective communication and coordination skills for working with multidisciplinary teams and external stakeholders.
    • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Information Management, or a related discipline.
