  Overview Our client is a leading Large company in the field of Manufacturing, Real Estate, and Diversified Investments. With a robust portfolio and a strategic vision for expansion within the Kingdom, the Group is seeking a transformative leader to steer the organization through its next phase of growth and operational excellence. Role Profile Title: Group CEO Reports to: Chairman Location: Jeddah, KSA Industry: Manufacturing, Real Estate, and others Joining Time: 30 to 60 days Key Responsibilities Strategic Turnaround & Vision: Define and execute a comprehensive strategic roadmap to turnaround underperforming verticals, ensuring alignment with the Board’s vision and the Kingdom’s Vision 2030. Operational Excellence (Manufacturing/FMCG): Drive operational efficiency and cost optimization across manufacturing units, implementing best practices (Lean/Six Sigma) to maximize output and profitability. Portfolio Growth & Real Estate Management: Oversee the real estate asset portfolio, identifying high-yield investment opportunities and managing complex development projects from concept to monetization. Financial Stewardship: Assume full P&L responsibility, optimizing capital allocation, improving cash flow management, and ensuring robust financial governance across all group entities. Organizational Leadership & Culture: Build and mentor a high-performing executive team, fostering a corporate culture of accountability, innovation, and performance-driven results. Stakeholder & Government Relations: Serve as the primary liaison with the Chairman and Board of Directors, while cultivating strong strategic relationships with government bodies, regulators, and key external partners in KSA. Governance & Reporting: Establish rigorous corporate governance frameworks and reporting mechanisms to ensure transparency, compliance, and informed decision-making at the Board level. Candidate Requirements Experience: Minimum 20+ years of total experience, with a proven track record as a CEO or in a similar top-executive role. Education: Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or relevant Master’s degree strongly preferred. Language: Fluent in Arabic and English (Business Level) is mandatory. Specific Skills: Demonstrated success in corporate turnarounds and change management. Strong background in Manufacturing or FMCG sectors is highly preferred. Strategic thinker with the ability to navigate complex market dynamics. Must have prior experience working in KSA or the wider GCC region.
