  Overview

  Our client is a leading large-scale company in the Hospitality - Hotels industry. We are currently seeking a high-caliber Finance Manager / Controller to oversee the financial health of a premier property in Mekkah. Reporting directly to the VP of Finance, this role is critical in ensuring fiscal discipline, operational efficiency, and strategic growth within a high-volume, five-star environment.

  Key Responsibilities

  1. Financial Reporting & Analysis: Prepare and present accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with IFRS and industry standards.
  2. Budgeting & Forecasting: Lead the annual budgeting process and provide monthly rolling forecasts to ensure alignment with corporate financial goals.
  3. Internal Controls: Design and implement robust internal control systems to safeguard company assets and ensure compliance with local regulations.
  4. Cash Flow Management: Oversee treasury functions, managing working capital and cash flow to meet operational requirements and investment needs.
  5. Cost Control & Procurement Oversight: Monitor departmental expenses and cost of sales, identifying variances and implementing corrective actions to maximize profitability.
  6. Audit & Compliance: Coordinate with internal and external auditors and ensure timely filing of Zakat and VAT returns in accordance with Saudi Arabian law.
  7. Strategic Support: Act as a business partner to the General Manager and VP of Finance, providing data-driven insights to improve RevPAR and GOP margins.

  Requirements

  • Education: BA in Finance or Accounting (Professional certifications like CPA, CMA, or ACCA are an advantage).
  • Experience: Minimum 15 years of total experience, with at least 5 years specifically in finance management for large, five-star hotels.
  • Languages: Very Good to Fluent in both Arabic and English.
  • Availability: Immediate joiners or those with a 30-day notice period are preferred.
  • Location: Based in Mekkah (Candidates may apply from inside or outside Saudi Arabia; visas are available for Jordanian nationals).
