  Overview Our client is a leading medium to large-sized company in the field of Agri-Manufacturing & Dairy. With a strong presence in the Western Region of Saudi Arabia, they are committed to delivering high-quality food and beverage products to the market. We are seeking a strategic yet hands-on Finance Manager to oversee their financial operations and drive fiscal excellence within their manufacturing facilities.   Key Responsibilities

  The Finance Manager will be responsible for the following seven main tasks:

  1. Financial Oversight & Reporting: Manage all accounting operations, including the production of accurate monthly financial statements and annual budgets in compliance with IFRS.
  2. Manufacturing Cost Analysis: Oversee product costing, inventory valuation, and variance analysis specifically for dairy, juice, or water production lines.
  3. Cash Flow Management: Monitor and project cash flows to ensure liquidity for operational needs and capital investment projects.
  4. Internal Controls & Compliance: Develop and maintain robust internal control systems to safeguard company assets and ensure regulatory compliance within KSA.
  5. Strategic Support: Act as a financial advisor to the GM, providing data-driven insights to improve profit margins and operational efficiency.
  6. Supply Chain Finance: Collaborate with the procurement and logistics teams to optimize the financial performance of the supply chain and raw material sourcing.
  7. Team Leadership: Lead and mentor the finance department, ensuring high performance, professional development, and timely closing of financial periods.

  Requirements & Qualifications

  • Experience: Minimum 15 years of progressive experience in finance, with significant hands-on experience in the manufacturing of Dairy, Juice, Water, or related FMCG industries.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree (BA) in Finance or Accounting is mandatory.
  • Languages: Very good to fluent in both Arabic and English.
  • Availability: Immediate joiners or those with a maximum 30-day notice period are preferred.
  • Eligibility: Candidates may apply from inside or outside KSA. Note: Visa sponsorship is available for Jordanian nationals.
