    Overview Our client is a leading Large company in the field of Hospitality &Entertainment. We are seeking a strategic and results-oriented Learning & Development Manager to join the team in Jeddah. The successful candidate will lead the design, implementation, and evaluation of learning, development, employee engagement, and performance management initiatives across the Group). This role is instrumental in building organizational capability and ensuring that KPIs, incentive programs, and reward systems are standardized and managed effectively through the HR system.

    Requirements & Qualifications

    • Education:BA in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
    • Experience:Minimum of 8+ years of experience in L&D and Performance Management.
    • Languages:Bilingual proficiency in Arabic and English (Business Level).
    • Skills:Expertise in KPI development, incentive design, and HRIS/LMS management.
    • Availability:Basedinside KSAwith the ability to join immediately or within 30 days.
    • Work Schedule:5 working days per week.

    Key Responsibilities

    1. Training Needs Analysis & Design:Conduct organization-wide TNA to design and develop blended learning solutions, including leadership development and e-learning programs.
    2. Performance & KPI Management:Lead the standardization and implementation of KPIs for all employees, managing the full appraisal cycle within the HRIS (HITS).
    3. Employee Engagement:Design and execute engagement strategies and surveys, translating results into actionable initiatives to improve satisfaction and retention.
    4. Incentive & Reward Systems:Develop and manage performance-based incentive frameworks and recognition schemes in coordination with Finance.
    5. Talent & Career Growth:Manage succession planning, career development frameworks, and Individual Development Plans (IDPs) to foster internal growth.
    6. Reporting & ROI:Evaluate training effectiveness and performance data to provide senior management with dashboards, insights, and ROI analysis.
    7. Systems & Governance:Ensure all L&D and performance modules are accurately maintained in the HR system while staying compliant with Saudi Labor Law.
