    Overview Our client is a leading Large company in the field of Manufacturing and Energy. With a robust regional presence and a commitment to operational excellence, they are seeking a strategic and hands-on Human Resources Manager to lead their people operations in Amman. This role is pivotal in aligning HR strategies with business goals within a large-scale industrial environment.

    Key Responsibilities

    Organizational Design: Develop and maintain comprehensive Job Descriptions and grading structures to ensure clarity and scalability across all departments.

    Performance Management: Design and implement robust performance appraisal systems that drive productivity and recognize high-potential talent.

    HRMS Management: Oversee the implementation and optimization of Human Resources Management Systems (HRMS) to automate workflows and ensure data integrity.

    Team Leadership: Directly manage and mentor a team of at least three HR professionals, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

    Employee Relations: Act as the primary point of contact for over 100+ employees, ensuring compliance with Jordanian Labor Law and maintaining a positive industrial relations climate.

    Strategic Reporting: Report directly to the General Manager (GM) on HR metrics, turnover rates, and manpower planning to support executive decision-making.

    Talent Acquisition & Onboarding: Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for technical and administrative roles, ensuring a seamless transition for new hires.

    Requirements & Qualifications

    Education: BA in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field. International certification (SHRM, CIPD, SPHR, etc.) is highly preferred

    Experience: Minimum of 10+ years of HR experience, with significant time spent in a managerial capacity within a large-scale organization (200+ employees).

    Languages: Native-level Arabic and Very Good to Fluent English (written and spoken).

    Technical Skills: Proven expertise in HRMS software and building HR frameworks from the ground up. Availability: Candidates must be based Inside Jordan and available to join immediately or within 30 days.
