  • Responsibilities
  • Lead the review and approval of mechanical material submittals to ensure compliance with project specifications, codes, and contract requirements
  • Perform and validate ESP calculations, pump head calculations, and hydraulic analyses for mechanical systems
  • Review mechanical shop drawings, coordination drawings, and BIM outputs for accuracy, constructability, and coordination with other disciplines
  • Provide technical support to project and site teams during construction, installation, testing, and commissioning phases
  • Coordinate with consultants, vendors, and subcontractors to resolve technical issues and design discrepancies
  • Ensure mechanical works comply with MEP standards, project timelines, and quality requirements
  • Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in mechanical engineering within MEP contracting environments
  • Strong expertise in HVAC, plumbing, firefighting systems, and related MEP mechanical systems
  • Proven experience in reviewing mechanical material submittals, shop drawings, and technical documentation
  • Proficiency in ESP calculations, pump selection, and pump head calculations
  • Strong analytical, coordination, and problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently and lead technical decisions
