• Description:
  Responsibilities
  * Inspect mechanical installation works to ensure compliance with approved drawings, specifications, and project quality standards
  * Conduct routine and milestone inspections for HVAC, plumbing, firefighting, and other mechanical systems
  * Review mechanical material submittals, method statements, and inspection test plans prior to execution
  * Coordinate with site engineers, supervisors, and subcontractors to address non-conformances and corrective actions
  * Prepare and maintain inspection reports, NCRs, and quality documentation in line with project requirements
  * Witness testing, pre-commissioning, and commissioning activities to verify system performance and compliance
  * Ensure adherence to relevant codes, standards, and client quality expectations throughout construction
  Qualifications
  * Diploma or bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field
  * Minimum 5 years of experience as a Mechanical QC Inspector in MEP contracting projects
  * Strong knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, firefighting systems, and mechanical installation practices
  * Familiarity with international and local mechanical codes, standards, and QA/QC procedures
  * Ability to read and interpret mechanical drawings, specifications, and inspection checklists
  * Detail-oriented with strong documentation and reporting skills
  * Good communication and coordination skills to work effectively with site teams and consultants
