Reporting directly to theCEO, the successful candidate will play a pivotal role in shaping the company’s financial future through rigorous analysis and robust leadership.

Budgeting & Planning:Lead the annual budgeting process, including forecasting and resource allocation, while developing financial plans that align with the company’s strategic objectives.
Financial Control & Compliance:Establish and enforce robust financial controls and conduct regular audits to ensure full compliance with internal policies and external regulations.

Stakeholder Management:Act as the primary point of contact for auditors and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to provide clear, timely financial information.
Strategic Decision Support:Provide high-level financial insights and recommendations to support executive decision-making and drive initiatives that improve profitability and efficiency.

Resource Management:Develop and monitor profit and cost centers while analyzing variable and fixed costs to optimize overall operational performance.

Asset Oversight:Maintain the fixed assets register and monitor depreciation schedules to ensure accurate valuation and reporting of company assets.

Performance Tracking (KPIs):Define and monitor key financial performance indicators (KPIs) and provide regular reports to management on financial trends and health.

Education:BA in Finance or Accounting;CPA or CMAcertifications are highly preferred.

Experience:Minimum of15+ yearsof progressive financial experience.

Skills:Strong personality with expert proficiency inERP systems, financial reporting, and complex analysis. Prior experience in theutilities industryis preferred.

Languages:Native-level fluency inArabicandEnglish.
