    Overview Our client is a leading large company in the field of Contracting, specializing in major infrastructure and construction projects across KSA. We are seeking a highly experienced Treasury Manager to join their finance leadership team in Jeddah. Reporting directly to the CFO, the successful candidate will be responsible for safeguarding the organization's financial assets and optimizing liquidity to support large-scale operations.

    Key Responsibilities

    1. Liquidity Management: Oversee daily cash positioning and manage the movement of funds across multiple entities to ensure adequate liquidity for project-based requirements.
    2. Cash Flow Forecasting: Develop and maintain sophisticated rolling cash flow forecasts for the contracting business, ensuring alignment with project timelines and milestone payments.
    3. Bank Relationship Management: Act as the primary point of contact for financial institutions to negotiate facilities, manage corporate borrowing, and ensure competitive pricing on bank products.
    4. Risk Mitigation: Implement and monitor strategies to manage financial risks, specifically interest rate exposures and foreign exchange (FX) fluctuations related to international procurement.
    5. Corporate Funding & Debt: Manage the company’s debt portfolio, ensuring compliance with loan covenants and overseeing the timely issuance of Letters of Credit (LCs) and Bank Guarantees (LGs).
    6. Internal Controls & Compliance: Ensure all treasury activities comply with Saudi Arabian financial regulations and internal corporate governance policies.
    7. System Optimization: Lead the enhancement of treasury management systems (TMS) or ERP treasury modules to automate reporting and increase operational efficiency.

    Requirements

    • Education: BA in Finance, Accounting, or a related field. Holding a CTP (Certified Treasury Professional) designation is a significant advantage.
    • Experience: Minimum 15+ years of progressive experience in treasury or corporate finance, specifically within the Contracting or Manufacturing sectors.
    • Languages: Full professional fluency in both Arabic and English (speaking, reading, and writing) is mandatory.
    • Location/Hiring: Candidates must currently be based Inside KSA.
    • Availability: Preferred joining time is Immediate or within 30 days.
