    Responsibilities
    -Lead end-to-end administration of management and commercial contracts, ensuring full compliance with contractual terms, conditions, deliverables, and governance requirements.
    -Maintain complete and accurate contract documentation, including amendments, variations, addenda, claims, and all related correspondence.
    -Monitor contract performance against KPIs, milestones, timelines, budgets, and service-level obligations, proactively addressing risks and deviations.
    -Coordinate closely with internal stakeholders and management contractor key functions (Finance, Operations, Technical, Commercial, HR, Asset Management, IT) to ensure contractual requirements are clearly understood and executed.
    -Oversee contract-related financial processes, including budget monitoring, invoice review and approval, payment certification, and KPI-based calculations in collaboration with Finance leadership.
    -Prepare and present regular reports on contract status, financial performance, risks, and issues to senior management and governance bodies.
    -Develop and implement a quality plan aligned with ISO 9001:2008 principles and conduct ongoing technical, legal, and financial risk assessments throughout the contract lifecycle.
    Qualifications
    -Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Law, Engineering, Finance, or a related discipline.
    -10+ years of experience in contract management, project control roles within contracting or related construction environments
    -Extensive experience in contract management within infrastructure, utilities, or large-scale service management environments.
    -Strong knowledge of contract governance, claims management, variations, and performance-based management contracts.
    -Proven ability to manage complex stakeholder relationships and coordinate across multidisciplinary teams.
    -Solid financial acumen, including budget control, invoice validation, KPI calculations, and performance reporting.
    -Demonstrated experience in risk management, compliance with local regulations, and application of quality management standards such as ISO 9001.
    -Excellent analytical, communication, and reporting skills with the ability to support senior management and executive decision-making.
