  Responsibilities
  -Lead and manage all mechanical engineering activities across multiple MEP projects
  -Establish technical standards, procedures, and best practices for mechanical systems delivery
  -Review and approve mechanical designs, shop drawings, and value engineering proposals
  -Provide strategic technical guidance to project teams, ensuring quality, cost, and schedule objectives are met
  -Coordinate with clients, consultants, suppliers, and internal stakeholders on complex technical matters
  -Mentor and develop mechanical engineers, ensuring capability growth and technical excellence
  Qualifications
  -Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering; master’s degree preferred
  -15+ years of experience in mechanical engineering within large-scale MEP contracting projects
  -In-depth expertise in HVAC, plumbing, fire fighting, and building services systems
  -Proven leadership experience managing teams and multiple projects simultaneously
  -Strong commercial awareness, technical decision-making, and risk management skills
  -Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management abilities
