• Description:
  Responsibilities
  -Define and lead the overall technical vision, strategy, and governance for all MEP disciplines across the organization
  -Oversee mechanical, electrical, and public health engineering functions for all projects from tender through delivery
  -Establish and enforce company-wide MEP technical standards, design guidelines, and quality control frameworks
  -Provide executive-level technical leadership on major bids, tenders, value engineering, and complex project challenges
  -Support senior management with technical risk assessment, constructability reviews, and strategic decision-making
  -Mentor and lead senior MEP managers, ensuring technical excellence, consistency, and capability development across teams
  Qualifications
  -Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering; master’s degree or professional certification preferred
  -20+ years of experience specifically within MEP contracting, including senior technical leadership roles
  -Comprehensive expertise across HVAC, plumbing, fire fighting, electrical power, ELV, and life safety systems
  -Proven experience leading large, multidisciplinary MEP teams and high-value projects
  -Strong strategic, commercial, and technical decision-making capabilities
  -Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
