With a significant footprint and ambitious growth objectives, they are seeking a strategic financial leader to steer their regional operations and expansion initiatives from their headquarters inAmman, Jordan.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Expansion & Franchising:Lead financial modeling and risk assessment for rapid retail branch expansion and provide expert valuation and structural support for international franchising plans.
- Financial Governance & Systems:Design and implement robust financial systems and internal controls to oversee a high volume of retail branches, ensuring consistency and data integrity across all locations.
- Advanced ERP Management:Oversee the optimization and management ofSAP Business One(or similar advanced ERPs) to streamline multi-country reporting and operational efficiency.
- Feasibility & Investment Analysis:Conduct comprehensive feasibility studies for new market entries, product lines, and capital expenditures to ensure high ROI and alignment with corporate strategy.
- Financial Reporting & Compliance:Direct the preparation of timely and accurate consolidated financial statements, ensuring compliance with IFRS and local regulations across multi-country operations.
- Treasury & Cash Flow Optimization:Manage regional liquidity, multi-currency strategies, and banking relationships to support the capital requirements of a high-growth manufacturing and retail environment.
- Leadership & Performance Management:Report directly to theManaging Director, providing actionable insights while leading and mentoring a high-performing finance team to meet rigorous KPIs.
Requirements
- Experience:15+ years of progressive financial leadership, specifically withinRetail or Food Manufacturing.
- Education:BA in Finance or Accounting. Professional certifications (CPA, CMA, or MBA) are highly preferred.
- Skills:Proven track record in multi-country operations, system implementation, and expansion scaling.
- Languages:Full professional fluency inArabic and English.
