  Our client is a leading large company in the field of International Consulting.They are seeking a highly skilledFinancial Controller - IPO Readinessto join their team inAmman, Jordan, with frequent travel toSaudi Arabia (KSA). This role is critical in guiding organizations through complex capital market transactions, ensuring regulatory compliance, and transforming financial reporting frameworks.

  Key Responsibilities

  • Lead IPO Readiness Assessments:Identify and bridge gaps across financial reporting, governance, and internal controls to ensure listing readiness.
  • Regulatory Compliance & Reporting:Direct the preparation of prospectuses and offering documents while ensuring strict adherence toIFRSand local listing requirements.
  • Internal Control Design:Assess and implement robust internal control frameworks, specificallyInternal Controls over Financial Reporting (ICFR)or SOX-style systems.
  • Complex Accounting Advisory:Provide expert technical guidance on complex issues such as financial instruments, revenue recognition, and business combinations.
  • Stakeholder Management:Act as the primary point of contact for CFOs and Board Committees, coordinating effectively with external auditors, legal advisors, and regulators.
  • Project Leadership:Manage multiple fast-paced workstreams, overseeing accounting conversions and the adoption of new standards during capital market transactions.
  • Governance Frameworks:Evaluate and design governance structures, including delegation of authority and high-level financial policies.

  Candidate Profile

  • Education:Bachelor’s in Accounting or Finance. A Post Graduate degree,CPA, or CMAis highly preferred.
  • Experience:Minimum8+ yearsof professional experience, with a proven track record in IPO readiness.Big 4 experienceis a significant advantage.
  • Regional Expertise:Prior experience working in or auditing companies inKSAis a major plus.
  • Languages:Full professional fluency in bothArabic and English.
  • Availability:Preferred joining time isimmediate or within 30 days.

  • Salary Range:
    • Monthly Base:JOD 3,500
