• Description:
  Overview : Our client is a leading Publicly Listed Company in the Services industry. They are currently seeking a highly analytical and strategic Senior Financial Analyst Specialist (FP&A)to join their finance team in Riyadh. Reporting to the Group FP&A Senior Manager, the successful candidate will play a pivotal role in driving financial planning, providing actionable insights, and supporting the company’s long-term growth objectives within the Saudi market.

  Main Tasks & Responsibilities

  1. Budgeting & Planning:Lead the annual budgeting process and quarterly forecasting cycles, collaborating with department heads to align financial goals with corporate strategy.
  2. Financial Modeling:Develop and maintain complex financial models to support business cases, investment opportunities, and long-term strategic planning.
  3. Performance Reporting:Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual management reports, highlighting key performance indicators (KPIs) and variance analysis..
  4. Decision Support:Provide the executive leadership with data-driven insights and "what-if" scenario analysis to support high-level decision-making.
  5. Process Improvement:Streamline financial reporting processes and enhance data accuracy by implementing best practices in FP&A.
  6. Compliance & Disclosure:Assist in the preparation of financial data required for regulatory filings and shareholder communications, ensuring adherence to IFRS and otherstandards for publicly listed entities.

  Requirements

  • Education:BA in Accounting;CMA (Certified Management Accountant) is preferred.
  • Experience:Minimum of 3-5yearsof experience in FP&A or corporate finance.
  • Skills:Expertise in Budgeting, Reporting, Financial Modeling, and Forecasting.
  • Languages:Full professional proficiency in Arabic and English.
  • Location/Hiring:Candidates must be currently based Inside Saudi Arabia.
  • Availability:Immediate joiners or those with a 30-daynotice period.
