  Overview: Our client is a growing companyin the field of Real Estate Development and Hospitality Projects. With a focus on expanding its footprint across the region, the company is seeking a strategic and hands-on Finance Manager to join their Amman office. This role is pivotal in bridging the financial operations between Jordan and Saudi Arabia, ensuring regulatory compliance and fiscal health during this exciting phase of growth.

  Key Responsibilities

  The Finance Manager will report directly to the CEO and oversee a team consisting of a Chief Accountant and an Accountant. The main tasks include:

  1. Financial Oversight: Manage the full accounting cycle for both local and KSA-based projects, ensuring accuracy in all financial reporting.
  2. Regulatory Compliance : Ensure strict adherence toKSA laws and regulations, specifically managing VAT and Zakat filings and requirements.
  3. Team Leadership: Supervise, mentor, and review the work of the Amman-based accounting team to maintain high standards of financial integrity.
  4. Cross-Border Coordination:Manage financial operations for Real Estate/Contracting projects in KSA, including periodic travel to Saudi Arabia based on business needs.
  5. Budgeting & Forecasting:Develop and monitor annual budgets and cash flow forecasts to support the company’s expansion and hospitality project timelines.
  6. Audit Management: Act as the primary point of contact for external auditors in both Jordan and KSA, facilitating year-end closures and tax audits.
  7. Strategic Advisory: Provide the CEO with data-driven insights and financial analysis to support investment decisions and project feasibility.

  Requirements & Qualifications

  • Nationality: Jordanian (Required).
  • Experience: Minimum15 years of experience, with a specific background in KSA’s Real Estate or Contracting sectors , this is highly preferred.
  • Education:BA in Accounting; CPA or CMA certification is highly preferred.
  • Technical Knowledge: Deep understanding of KSA VAT, Zakat, and labor laws.
  • Languages: Fluency inArabic and English.
  • Availability: Immediate joiners or those with a 30-day notice period preferred. Candidates must be currently based inside Jordan.
