Description:
Key Responsibilities:
• Design, develop, and execute manual test cases and test plans for mobile and web applications.
• Perform functional, regression, integration, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
• Identify, document, and track bugs using issue-tracking tools (e.g., Jira).
• Collaborate with developers to reproduce issues and verify bug fixes.
• Test POS features such as sales transactions, inventory updates, pricing, promotions, and reporting.
• Validate API responses and backend integrations using tools such as Postman.
• Ensure application performance, usability, and compatibility across devices.
• Participate in Agile/Scrum meetings and contribute to sprint planning and retrospectives.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
• 2–3 years of experience in software quality assurance.
• Experience testing mobile applications (Android & iOS) and/or web applications.
• Strong understanding of software testing methodologies and QA processes.
• Experience with bug tracking and test management tools (e.g., Jira, TestRail).
• Basic understanding of REST APIs and API testing.
• Familiarity with Agile development environments.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Good communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus).
