  Overview :Our client is a leading Large Scale company in the field of Glass Manufacturing. We are seeking a strategic and highly experienced Finance Manager to join their team in Jeddah, KSA. Reporting directly to the General Manager, the successful candidate will be a pivotal "change agent," driving financial excellence and operational efficiency within a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

  Key Responsibilities

  The Finance Manager will be responsible for the following seven core pillars:

  1. Advanced Cost Management:Oversee and refine complex manufacturing costing models to ensure accurate product pricing and margin analysis.
  2. Budgeting & Forecasting:Lead the annual budgeting process and monthly rolling forecasts to align financial performance with corporate strategy.
  3. Financial Reporting:Ensure the timely and accurate delivery of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in compliance with IFRS.
  4. Statutory Compliance:Manage all statutory reporting requirements and ensure the company adheres to local Saudi Arabian tax and Zakat regulations.
  5. External Audit Coordination:Act as the primary point of contact for external auditors, ensuring a smooth, transparent, and efficient audit cycle.
  6. Process Transformation:Serve as a change agent to modernize financial workflows, improve internal controls, and implement best practices in financial management.
  7. Team Leadership & Communication:Lead and mentor the finance department while providing the General Manager with clear, data-driven insights to support executive decision-making.

  Candidate Profile

  • Experience:Minimum 15 years of progressive finance experience, with a mandatory background in Glass Manufacturing.
  • Education:Bachelor’s Degree (BA) in Finance or Accounting. CMA or CPA certification is highly preferred.
  • Skills:Expertise in costing, budgeting, and statutory reporting; strong leadership presence; and a proven track record of meeting strict deadlines.
  • Languages: Full professional proficiency in both Arabic and English.
  • Availability:Immediate joiners or those with a maximum 30-day notice period are preferred.
  • Location:Based in Jeddah (Candidates accepted from inside or outside KSA).
  • Working Schedule:6 days per week.
  • Salary range SAR 25 to 30k monthly package
