Overview Our client is a leading Large Scale company in the field of Glass Manufacturing. We are seeking a strategic and high-energy Sales Manager to spearhead both domestic and international market expansion. This is a pivotal role for a "change agent" capable of transforming sales operations and driving significant growth from our base in Jeddah.
Strategic Market Expansion: Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to increase market share within Saudi Arabia and penetrate key export markets.
Team Leadership & Transformation: Act as a change agent to lead, mentor, and upskill the sales team, fostering a high-performance culture aligned with organizational goals.
Revenue Growth: Take full accountability for achieving monthly and annual sales targets for both local and export glass products.
Key Account Management: Build and maintain long-term relationships with major industrial clients, contractors, and distributors.
Export Logistics Oversight: Manage the complexities of international trade, including compliance, shipping documentation, and export credit terms.
Market Intelligence: Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and KSA market shifts to proactively adjust sales tactics.
Reporting & Collaboration: Provide detailed sales forecasts and performance analytics directly to the General Manager to support corporate decision-making.
Education: Minimum Bachelor’s Degree (BA).
Experience: 15+ years in sales, with a mandatory background in the Glass Manufacturing industry.
Skills: Strong leadership, change management, and deep knowledge of the KSA market.
Languages: Native/Professional fluency in Arabic and English.
Availability: Immediate or within 30 days.
Monthly Salary: SAR 35,000 to SAR 40,000 (Gross).
