    Overview

    Our client is a leading Fintech Company based in the Eastern Province. The Social Media Manager is responsible for building and protecting the brand’s presence across social platforms by leading social strategy, content planning, and performance optimization. This role ensures all channels consistently reflect the brand’s tone, visual identity, and messaging while supporting business goals through high-quality, insight-led content. You will work closely with Brand, Product, CRM, Creative, Customer Care, and Compliance teams to deliver always-on content, campaign support, and rapid response when needed.

    Key Duties and Responsibilities

    • Strategy Ownership: Own the social media strategy across all platforms (Instagram, X, TikTok, Snapchat, LinkedIn, YouTube), including channel roles and audience approach.
    • Content Planning: Build and manage the monthly/weekly social media calendar aligned with marketing priorities, product initiatives, and seasonal moments.
    • Publishing & QA: Publish content using scheduling tools; perform pre-publishing QA on grammar, links, brand compliance, and legal disclaimers.
    • Community Management: Oversee community monitoring (comments, mentions, DMs) and respond using the established brand tone.
    • Performance Reporting: Track and report weekly/monthly performance metrics such as reach, engagement, sentiment, and share of voice.
    • Optimization: Produce actionable insights on what worked or didn’t, and run A/B tests on hooks, formats, and creative styles.
    • Trend Monitoring: Monitor industry trends and platform updates to translate them into actionable content opportunities.

    • Platform Expertise: Mastery of major social channels and their respective best practices.
    • Content Judgment: Strong creative direction, storytelling skills, and a performance-driven mindset.
    • Writing Skills: Excellent copywriting skills in English (Arabic preferred) with strong tone control.
    • Data Literacy: Ability to interpret data insights and turn them into clear strategic actions.
    • Execution Discipline: Strong skills in calendar management, QA, and stakeholder coordination.
    • Resilience: Comfortable working in fast-paced, regulated, or highly scrutinized environments.
