Our client is a leading Fintech company in Saudi Arabia, distinguished by its innovative digital financial solutions and strong customer-centric culture. As part of their continued expansion and strategic growth plans, they are seeking to appoint a dynamic and experienced
CRM & Loyalty Manager
The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing data-driven CRM strategies and loyalty programs aimed at enhancing customer engagement, increasing retention rates, and maximizing customer lifetime value. This role plays a critical part in supporting sustainable business growth within a fast-paced and competitive digital environment.
Key Duties and Responsibilities
Develop and implement comprehensive CRM strategies aligned with business objectives.
Design, launch, and optimize innovative loyalty programs to increase customer retention and engagement.
Analyze customer data and behavioral insights to create targeted segmentation and personalized campaigns.
Oversee CRM systems, marketing automation tools, and campaign management platforms.
Collaborate closely with Marketing, Digital, Product, and Data teams to ensure integrated customer journeys.
Monitor KPIs such as retention rate, churn rate, customer lifetime value (CLV), and campaign ROI.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives based on performance analytics and customer feedback.
Ensure compliance with data protection regulations and best practices in customer data management.
Technical Competencies
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field (Master’s degree is a plus).
Minimum 5+ years of experience in CRM, loyalty management, or customer engagement roles, preferably within Fintech, Banking, or Digital Services.
Proven track record in developing successful loyalty programs and retention strategies.
Strong analytical mindset with hands-on experience in CRM systems and marketing automation platforms.
Excellent command of English (Arabic is an advantage).
Strategic thinker with strong leadership and stakeholder management skills.
Willingness to relocate to Saudi Arabia (Expat assignment).
Monthly salary of
SAR 35,000 – 38,000
(gross).
