Overview
Our client is a leading large-scale Holding and Diversified Group in Iraq, renowned for its extensive operations across multiple sectors. The group is currently seeking a seasoned HR Manager to join their team in Erbil. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in driving organizational success by overseeing and aligning HR operations across various subsidiaries, ensuring consistent, high-quality people strategies across the group.
Main Tasks
- Strategic Oversight:Develop and implement group-wide HR strategies that align with the holding company's long-term business objectives.
- Business Partner Management:Actively oversee, guide, and support HR Business Partners across all subsidiaries to ensure consistent application of policies and performance standards.
- Organizational Design & Development:Lead efforts to optimize organizational structures, talent management, and succession planning within a complex, multi-entity environment.
- Policy & Compliance:Establish and maintain robust HR policies, ensuring strict compliance with Iraqi labor laws and international best practices.
- Performance Management:Design and lead group-wide performance appraisal systems to foster a culture of excellence and accountability.
- Talent Acquisition & Retention:Oversee high-level recruitment strategies to attract top-tier talent and implement retention programs across the group.
- Communication & Stakeholder Management:Serve as an effective bridge between executive leadership (CEO) and operational HR teams, promoting transparency and engagement.
Requirements
- Experience:Minimum 10 years of experience in human resources, with a proven track record inlarge-scale organizationsor holding companies.
- Education:Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a relevant field. (HR Certification is a strong plus).
- Languages:Full professional proficiency in bothArabic and Englishis mandatory.
- Skills:Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead and influence across different subsidiary cultures.
- Availability:Preferred joining time is within 30 days.
- Relocation:Candidates are welcome to apply from inside or outside Iraq.
Compensation
- Salary Range:USD 6,000 per month (depending on experience and qualifications).
