    Overview Our client is a leading Large-scale company in the field of F&B Manufacturing. We are seeking a visionary and seasoned HR Director to steer our human capital strategy. Reporting directly to the CEO, the successful candidate will play a pivotal role in scaling our operations and fostering a high-performance culture across our regional footprint.


    Key Responsibilities

    1. Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute an integrated HR strategy that aligns with the long-term business goals of a large-scale manufacturing operation.

    2. System Implementation: Lead the transition to, or optimization of, SAP ERP and other advanced HRMS to streamline payroll, attendance, and talent data.

    3. Organizational Development: Design and oversee robust organizational structures to manage large, diverse teams across multiple sites.

    4. Policy & Compliance: Establish and standardize HR policies and local labor law compliance across various countries of operation.

    5. Talent Management: Oversee end-to-end recruitment, succession planning, and leadership development programs to build a sustainable talent pipeline.

    6. Performance & Compensation: Manage large-scale grading systems and competitive "Market High" compensation structures to ensure retention.

    7. Change Management: Act as a catalyst for cultural transformation, merging multinational best practices with local operational excellence.


    Requirements & Qualifications

    • Experience: 20+ years of progressive HR experience, specifically within the F&B Manufacturing industry.

    • Education: BA in Admin , Industrial Eng or other related field

    • Technical Skills: Deep familiarity with ERP and advanced HRMS platforms.

    • Background: Proven track record in multinational environments with exposure to diverse regional systems.

    • Languages: Full professional proficiency in both Arabic and English.

    • Availability: Immediate joiners or those with a maximum 30-day notice period are preferred.


    Employment Details

    • Location: Amman, Jordan

    • Working Days: 5 Days per week (Standard corporate schedule).

    • Salary: Market High Rate (Competitive Executive Package).
