Overview
Our client is a leading Large company in the field of Contracting & Construction. We are seeking a high-caliber Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to provide strategic leadership and oversee the entire financial function of the organization. Reporting directly to the CEO, the successful candidate will play a pivotal role in driving financial performance, managing risk, and ensuring the long-term sustainability of the company's large-scale construction projects.
Strategic Financial Planning: Develop and execute financial strategies that support the company’s long-term business goals within the construction and contracting sector.
Financial Reporting & Analysis: Oversee the preparation of accurate and timely monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in compliance with international and local standards.
Project Cost Control: Monitor project budgets, cash flows, and resource allocation to ensure high-margin delivery and minimize financial leakages across various sites.
Capital & Treasury Management: Manage the company’s capital structure, including debt financing, banking relationships, and liquidity management to support heavy equipment procurement and operational needs.
Risk Management & Compliance: Ensure full compliance with Saudi Arabian tax laws (Zakat and VAT) and provide oversight on internal controls to mitigate financial and operational risks.
Stakeholder Management: Act as a key advisor to the CEO and Board of Directors, providing data-driven insights for major investment decisions and contract negotiations.
Team Leadership: Lead and mentor the finance and accounting departments, fostering a culture of professional excellence and continuous improvement.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting; mandatory professional certification such as CPA, CMA, or CA.
Experience: Minimum of 20 years of progressive financial leadership experience.
Market Expertise: Must have extensive, proven experience in the local Saudi market.
Languages: Full professional proficiency in both Arabic and English.

Salary: High Market Rate (commensurate with experience).
Working Days: 5 Days per week (Standard Executive Schedule).
