• Description:
  Responsibilities
  •Lead end-to-end supply chain operations including procurement, warehousing, logistics, and distribution to support large-scale glass manufacturing activities.
  •Develop and execute strategic sourcing initiatives for raw materials used in glass production, negotiating long-term supplier contracts to ensure cost efficiency and supply continuity.
  •Oversee large-scale warehouse and inventory operations, implementing effective stock control practices and advanced inventory tracking systems to minimize waste and optimize storage capacity.
  •Manage inbound and outbound logistics, coordinating the movement of materials from international and local suppliers to the manufacturing facility and ensuring timely delivery to customers.
  •Drive supply chain process transformation by identifying operational bottlenecks and implementing modern supply chain methodologies to enhance efficiency and responsiveness.
  •Collaborate closely with production and manufacturing teams to align supply planning with production schedules, preventing downtime and ensuring uninterrupted operations.
  •Lead, mentor, and develop the supply chain team while promoting a culture of operational excellence, accountability, safety, and continuous improvement.
  Qualifications
  •Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
  •Minimum of 15 years of progressive experience in supply chain management within the glass manufacturing industry.
  •Demonstrated expertise in strategic procurement, supplier negotiations, warehouse operations, and end-to-end logistics management.
  •Strong leadership and team management capabilities with experience leading cross-functional teams in large-scale manufacturing environments.
  •Solid understanding of supply chain optimization, inventory management systems, and modern logistics methodologies.
  •Knowledge of KSA trade regulations, import/export procedures, and quality standards relevant to industrial manufacturing operations.
  •Fluency in both Arabic and English with strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
