Description:
The PMO Manager will lead the (PMO) function, ensuring strategic alignment, governance, performance monitoring, and risk oversight of key initiatives across all corporate directorates. The role works directly with the CEO to ensure that project delivery meets the company’s high-level development goals, supports investment attraction, and strengthens operational performance.
►Responsibilities:
•Develop and maintain PMO governance frameworks, policies, templates, and reporting standards to ensure consistency and transparency across all strategic projects.
•Monitor the overall performance of the company’s project portfolio, ensuring alignment with corporate objectives.
•Review project charters, business cases, budgets, schedules, and risk registers to ensure feasibility, financial discipline, and strategic relevance.
•Identify performance delays, cost overruns, or emerging risks, and provide corrective recommendations to the CEO and executive management.
•Prepare concise and clear executive dashboards and portfolio reports for the CEO, highlighting project status, key risks, and business impact.
•Conduct portfolio analysis to support project prioritization, capital allocation decision in line with investment, infrastructure, and asset management objectives.
•Track cross-project dependencies and risks, escalating critical matters and recommending mitigation actions when required
•Provide advisory support to directorates on project management best practices, governance requirements, and performance improvement.
•Evaluate overall project delivery trends and recommend improvements to processes and tools reporting practices to enhance overall effectiveness.

•Planning & Scheduling Tools: Proficient in scheduling software to track timelines, monitor progress, and optimize resource allocation.
•Financial Analysis: Able to review project budgets and forecasts, identify variances, and provide insights to ensure financial discipline and accountability.

►Qualifications:
•Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Finance, Project Management, or a related field.
•A master’s degree (MBA or equivalent) is preferred.
•Professional certification in Project Management (such as PMP) is preferred.
•Minimum 13 years of relevant experience in project management.
•Proven experience working with senior management and preparing executive-level reports and dashboards.
