►Responsibilities
•Develop and execute strategic sales plans to expand market share for HVAC ducting systems, including GI ducts, pre-insulated ducts, and fire-rated duct solutions.
•Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team to achieve revenue targets across construction, mechanical contracting, and HVAC project markets.
•Build and maintain strong relationships with consultants, contractors, project managers, and procurement teams within the construction and HVAC industry.
•Identify new project opportunities, tender pipelines, and large-scale developments requiring ducting and HVAC accessories.
•Coordinate with engineering, production, and operations teams to ensure accurate technical proposals, quotations, and timely project delivery.
•Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and client requirements to develop competitive pricing and sales strategies.
•Monitor sales performance, prepare forecasts, and report business development progress to senior management.
►Qualifications
•Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
•8+ years of sales experience in HVAC systems, ducting manufacturing, construction materials, or mechanical engineering products.
•Proven experience managing sales teams and achieving revenue targets within the construction or HVAC industry.
•Strong technical understanding of HVAC ducting systems including GI ducts, pre-insulated ducts, and fire-rated duct solutions.
•Excellent relationship-building skills with consultants, contractors, and project stakeholders.
•Strong negotiation, strategic planning, and commercial decision-making capabilities.
•Proficiency in CRM systems, sales forecasting tools, and Microsoft Office.
