Female Office Manager / Personal Assistant to support senior management and ensure the smooth daily operation of the office. The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating administrative activities, managing schedules, organizing meetings, and handling various office management tasks. The role requires a highly organized and proactive professional with strong communication skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Manage daily office operations and ensure efficient administrative workflow.
- Provide personal assistance and administrative support to senior management.
- Organize and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and official correspondence.
- Handle phone calls, emails, and internal communication professionally.
- Maintain office filing systems, documentation, and records.
- Coordinate with different departments and external partners when required.
- Monitor office supplies and manage procurement when necessary.
- Ensure a professional and well-organized office environment.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
- Minimum 4 years of experience in Office Management or Personal Assistance roles.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Arabic.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Professional attitude, discretion, and ability to handle confidential information.
- Strong time management and problem-solving abilities.
