  ►Overview Our client is a leading Large Scale company in the field of CANS Manufacturing. We are seeking a seasoned Supply Chain Manager to join their Jeddah operations. This role is designed for a high-impact leader and change agent capable of transforming supply chain processes to meet world-class manufacturing standards.
  Reporting to: General Manager Location: Jeddah, KSA
  ►Main Tasks & Responsibilities
  •Strategic Procurement: Lead all procurement activities, including sourcing raw materials for glass production, negotiating long-term contracts, and managing vendor relationships to ensure cost-efficiency.
  •Warehouse & Inventory Management: Oversee large-scale warehouse operations, ensuring optimal stock levels, minimizing wastage, and implementing advanced inventory tracking systems.
  •End-to-End Logistics: Manage the movement of goods from international and local suppliers to the manufacturing facility and onward to the final customer.
  •Process Transformation: Act as a change agent to streamline supply chain workflows, identifying bottlenecks and implementing modern methodologies to improve operational speed.
  •Production Coordination: Collaborate closely with the manufacturing department to align supply chain schedules with production demands to prevent downtime.
  •Compliance & Quality Control: Ensure all supply chain activities comply with KSA trade regulations and maintain the high quality standards required in glass manufacturing.
  •Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a diverse supply chain team, fostering a culture of accountability, safety, and continuous improvement.
  ►Requirements
  •Education: Degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or a relevant field.
  •Experience: Minimum 15 years of experience; Cans Manufacturing experience is a must.
  •Skills: Strong leadership, procurement expertise, and warehouse management.
  •Languages: Fluency in Arabic and English.
  •Working Days: 6 days per week.
