Overview Our client is a Mega-sized leading organization in the Retail industry. We are seeking a visionary executive to lead, govern, and optimize their end-to-end supply chain and fulfillment ecosystem. This role is responsible for translating business strategy into operational capability, ensuring that warehousing, logistics, and home delivery are integrated, scalable, and customer-centric.
Key Responsibilities
Strategy & Leadership: Develop and lead the overall supply chain strategy in alignment with business objectives, providing executive leadership across logistics, warehousing, and fulfillment.
Warehousing & Inventory: Direct warehouse operations to ensure safe and efficient receiving, storage, and dispatch while safeguarding stock integrity through rigorous inventory control.
Logistics & Transportation: Oversee transportation models and route planning to ensure efficient product movement while balancing speed, asset utilization, and cost.
Home Delivery & Installations: Own the last-mile delivery and installation operating models to ensure timely, professional, and high-quality customer execution.
Fleet & Workshop Management: Direct fleet strategy and maintenance operations to ensure vehicle availability, safety compliance, and cost optimization.
Financial Management: Prepare and manage annual budgets and spending controls, identifying opportunities to optimize costs without compromising service quality.
Digital Transformation: Drive continuous improvement through digitalization across planning, tracking, and inventory visibility to elevate supply chain maturity.
Requirements
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, or a related field.
Experience: Minimum 20 years of progressive experience, with at least 7–10 years in a senior leadership role.
Industry Exposure: Proven experience with a major regional retail group (e.g., Carrefour, Panda, Othaim, Lulu) is essential.
Languages: Full professional proficiency in Arabic and English.
Skills: Expertise in ERP/WMS systems, KPI design, and operational governance.

Working Days: 5 Days per week
