Our client isseeking a proactive Sales Executive to drive business growth and expand market reach. The role focuses on identifying new opportunities, developing strong customer relationships, and achieving sales targets through strategic prospecting and effective client engagement. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong sales acumen, communication skills, and the ability to provide tailored solutions to meet customer needs.
Key Responsibilities
Sales Development:
Identify and generate new business opportunities through multiple channels such as cold calling, networking, and industry events. Maintain a strong pipeline of prospects and convert leads into long-term customers while monitoring market trends and competitor activities. Customer Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients by understanding their business needs and offering tailored solutions. Manage existing customer accounts to ensure satisfaction, retention, and consistent follow-up on inquiries and issues. Sales Execution:
Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to prospective clients. Negotiate commercial terms and successfully close deals in alignment with company policies and sales targets. Product Knowledge:
Maintain a comprehensive understanding of the company’s product portfolio and stay updated on industry trends and competitor offerings to effectively position the company’s solutions in the market. Reporting & Analysis:
Track and report sales activities including calls, meetings, and pipeline progress. Analyze sales performance and market data to identify opportunities for growth and continuous improvement. Cross-Department Collaboration:
Work closely with marketing to support promotional campaigns and collaborate with internal teams such as customer service and product development to ensure a seamless customer experience.
Requirements
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. Experience:
Proven experience as a Sales Executive or in a similar sales role. Skills & Competencies:
Strong understanding of sales principles and techniques with excellent negotiation and communication skills. Ability to build relationships, work independently or within a team, and manage multiple priorities effectively. Technical Skills:
Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
