Overview
Our client is seeking an experienced Sales Manager to lead revenue growth and expand market reach across multiple business units. The role is responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, identifying new business opportunities, and building strong client partnerships. The Sales Manager will promote the organization’s products, services, programs, and experiences while ensuring alignment between sales initiatives, operational capacity, and marketing strategies.
Key Responsibilities
Sales Strategy & Business Development:
Develop and implement effective sales strategies and action plans to achieve revenue targets. Identify new markets, potential clients, and strategic partnerships with corporate clients, institutions, travel partners, and event organizers to expand the organization’s market reach and strengthen distribution channels. Sales Operations:
Manage and drive sales across various business units including F&B, Lodges, Farm Products, Concept Store, Wellness, Events, and Educational Programs. Prepare and present sales proposals, quotations, and service agreements, while conducting client meetings, negotiations, and contract closures. Client Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong long-term relationships with key customers and partners. Understand client needs and recommend suitable products, services, or experiences while ensuring high levels of satisfaction, repeat business, and effective resolution of customer feedback. Market Intelligence:
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and potential growth areas. Provide management with insights regarding market demand and recommend strategies to maintain competitiveness. Team Leadership:
Lead and support the sales team to achieve targets and business objectives. Establish clear performance indicators, provide coaching and guidance, and foster a collaborative and results-driven sales culture. Reporting & Performance Monitoring:
Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance analysis. Monitor sales performance against targets and implement improvement actions while maintaining accurate records of sales activities and customer data. Cross-Department Collaboration:
Work closely with marketing, operations, finance, and production teams to ensure alignment between sales initiatives, marketing campaigns, and operational capabilities. Support the development and launch of new products, services, and experiences.
Requirements
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
MBA or equivalent qualification is considered an advantage. Experience:
Minimum 8 years of experience in sales and marketing with a strong track record of achieving sales targets and developing business opportunities. Leadership & Business Skills:
Strong leadership and team management abilities with the capability to motivate and guide sales teams. Excellent negotiation and relationship-building skills with key stakeholders. Analytical & Strategic Skills:
Solid understanding of sales and marketing strategies with the ability to analyze data, identify market trends, and make data-driven decisions. Experience in market analysis, competitor intelligence, and market segmentation. Key Competencies:
Strong negotiation and closing skills with excellent communication, presentation, and relationship management abilities. High commercial awareness, strategic thinking, and strong organizational and planning capabilities.
