  Overview

  Our client is a leading sizable company in the field of Retail. We are seeking a strategic and hands-on Finance Manager to oversee all financial aspects of our operations in Amman. Reporting directly to the CEO, the successful candidate will be responsible for driving financial performance, ensuring rigorous compliance, and providing actionable insights to support our continued growth in the Jordanian market.

  Main Tasks & Responsibilities

  • Financial Leadership: Manage and oversee the daily operations of the finance department, including month-end and year-end closing processes.

  • Strategic Planning: Prepare and monitor annual budgets, financial forecasts, and variance reports to provide the CEO with a clear roadmap for retail expansion.

  • Compliance & Audit: Ensure all financial transactions and reporting comply with IFRS and local Jordanian tax regulations, coordinating with external auditors and tax authorities.

  • Cash Flow Management: Monitor and manage company cash flow, liquidity, and working capital, specifically optimizing inventory-related finances.

  • ERP Governance: Oversee the integrity of financial data within the MS Dynamics (or higher-tier ERP) environment, ensuring streamlined reporting and system efficiency.

  • Retail Analytics: Analyze key retail performance indicators (KPIs), such as margins per category and store-level profitability, to drive informed decision-making.

  • Team Development: Lead, mentor, and supervise the accounting team to ensure professional growth and high-quality output.

  Requirements

  • Education: Minimum BA in Finance or Accounting.

  • Experience: 10+ years of progressive experience, with a proven track record as a Finance or Accounting Manager in a key retail company.

  • Technical Skills: Expert-level proficiency in MS Dynamics or a higher-tier ERP system is a must.

  • Languages: Native-level fluency in Arabic and professional proficiency in English.

  • Availability: Preferred joining time within 30 days.

  Offer Details

  • Monthly Salary: Up to JOD 2,000.
