  Overview

  Our client is a leadinggrowingcompany in the field ofF&B - Fast Food Chain. As they continue to expand their footprint, they are seeking a strategic and hands-on Finance Manager to oversee their financial health and support the executive team in scaling operations across the region.

  Main Tasks & Responsibilities

  1. Financial Strategy & Reporting: Lead the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements with advanced reporting analysis for the CEO.

  2. Budgeting & Forecasting: Develop and monitor annual budgets and rolling forecasts, specifically managing food costs and operational overheads.

  3. ERP Management: Oversee and optimize the company’s ERP system to ensure seamless integration between point-of-sale (POS) data and financial accounting.

  4. Cash Flow Management: Monitor daily cash flow and liquidity, ensuring the business meets its financial obligations during rapid growth phases.

  5. Cost Control & Analysis: Conduct detailed variance analysis on COGS (Cost of Goods Sold) and labor costs to maintain high profitability across all branches.

  6. Compliance & Internal Audit: Ensure full compliance with Jordanian tax laws, social security regulations, and international accounting standards (IFRS).

  7. Team Leadership: Lead and mentor the finance and accounting team, fostering a culture of accuracy, efficiency, and professional growth.

  Requirements & Benefits

  • Minimum Education: BA in Finance or Accounting.

  • Experience: 10+ years of experience, with a mandatory background in a key F&B company.

  • Skills: Strong ERP system knowledge, effective leadership, and bilingual proficiency (Arabic & English).

  • Working Days: 5 days per week.

  • Monthly Salary: JOD 3,000 to 3,500.

  • Joining Time: 30 days.
