Our client is a leading large-scale company in the field of Cans Manufacturing. Based in Jeddah, this established organization is seeking a visionary General Manager to lead their industrial operations, drive strategic growth, and maintain their competitive edge in the regional packaging market.
Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute comprehensive business plans and operational strategies to achieve the company’s long-term objectives and financial targets.
Operational Oversight: Direct and manage the full manufacturing lifecycle, ensuring production efficiency, quality control, and optimal supply chain management.
Financial Management: Oversee budgeting, P&L management, and cost-control initiatives to maximize profitability and ROI for the owners.
Commercial Growth: Drive business development and high-level client relationship management within the industrial packaging sector.
Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all manufacturing processes and corporate activities comply with KSA labor laws, industrial safety standards, and environmental regulations.
Team Excellence: Lead, mentor, and evaluate department heads to foster a high-performance culture across a diverse workforce.
Performance Reporting: Provide regular, data-driven insights and progress reports directly to the Owners regarding operational health and strategic milestones.
Experience: Minimum 20 years of total experience, with 3–5 years specifically as a GM or Deputy GM within the Cans Manufacturing industry.
Education: Bachelor’s Degree (BA) is required.
Languages: Full professional proficiency in both Arabic and English.
Working Schedule: 6 days per week.
Availability: Preferred joining date within 30 to 60 days.
Compensation: Attractive package starting at SAR 70,000 monthly, plus a performance-based variable incentive.
