Overview
Our client is a leading large company in the field of Glass Manufacturing, specifically specializing in glass container production. With a robust presence in the industrial sector, they are seeking a visionary and highly experienced General Manager to oversee their extensive operations in Jeddah, KSA. This role is pivotal in driving operational excellence, ensuring financial sustainability, and maintaining the company’s competitive edge in the regional and international markets.
Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute comprehensive business plans and operational strategies to achieve the long-term goals set by the owners.
Operational Excellence: Oversee the entire glass container manufacturing process, ensuring production targets are met while maintaining the highest quality standards.
Financial Oversight: Manage the annual budget, P&L, and capital expenditures to ensure maximum profitability and cost-efficiency across all departments.
Supply Chain & Logistics: Streamline procurement of raw materials and optimize the distribution network to ensure timely delivery to domestic and international clients.
Safety & Compliance: Enforce strict adherence to KSA labor laws, environmental regulations, and international safety standards (ISO) within the manufacturing facility.
Stakeholder Management: Serve as the primary liaison between the facility operations and the owners, providing regular performance reports and strategic recommendations.
Team Development: Lead, mentor, and build the capacity of the senior management team to foster a culture of high performance and technical innovation.
Experience: Minimum 20 years of professional experience, with a significant portion in a leadership capacity within the Glass Manufacturing (Containers) industry.
Education: Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree (BA) in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
Languages: Native-level or professional fluency in both Arabic and English.
Location: Based in Jeddah, KSA (Candidates accepted from both inside and outside the country).
Work Schedule: 6 days per week.
Joining Time: 30 to 60 days.
