    Overview Our client is a Large leading Conglomerate based in Doha, Qatar. They are seeking a seasoned and strategic Group Human Capital Director to spearhead their HR and Administrative functions. This role is pivotal in aligning human capital initiatives with the Group’s corporate goals, ensuring operational excellence across multiple divisions, and fostering a high-performance culture within a large-scale workforce.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Strategic HR Leadership: Direct the development and implementation of HR strategies and plans that support the Group’s mission, including performance management systems and organizational restructuring to optimize service delivery.

    • Talent Acquisition & Management: Oversee large-scale recruitment and manpower planning to ensure the provision of highly qualified staff, while managing programs for high-potential employee retention and continuous development.

    • Operational & Payroll Oversight: Manage the end-to-end processing of Group-wide payroll, employee benefits (vacations, tickets, settlements), and HRMS data integrity to ensure timely and accurate service delivery.

    • Legal & Labor Compliance: Ensure strict adherence to Qatar Labor Laws and Government Immigration regulations, representing the Group in labor disputes and overseeing the issuance of visas, residency permits, and municipal licenses.

    • Budgetary & Financial Control: Develop and manage the Admin & HR annual budget, ensuring cost-efficient utilization of resources and implementing initiatives focused on cost savings and process enhancement.

    • Employee Relations & Culture: Facilitate a positive work environment by managing disciplinary actions, grievances, and coaching programs to enhance employee morale, engagement, and professional conduct.

    • Administrative & Liaison Support: Oversee general services, including government relations, customs liaison, and the procurement of office infrastructure and supplies to ensure uninterrupted business operations.

    Requirements

    • Education: Minimum Bachelor’s Degree (BA) in Human Resources or a relevant field.

    • Experience: Minimum 20 years of well-rounded experience with progressively increasing management responsibilities in similar large-scale environments.

    • Languages: Fluency in both Arabic and English is preferred.
