Overview
Our client is a large, leading automotive company in Qatar. We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Head of Fleet Sales to lead all corporate sales activities and drive significant revenue growth through high-value B2B relationships and strategic partnerships.
Main Tasks & Responsibilities
Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute a comprehensive corporate sales strategy, setting clear KPIs and mentoring the sales team to achieve aggressive revenue and market share growth.
Business Development: Manage the end-to-end sales cycle for high-level accounts, including lead generation, complex negotiations, and finalizing high-value contracts.
Partnership Management: Build and maintain long-term, strategic partnerships with government entities, large corporations, and SMEs, providing bespoke vehicle solutions.
Market Intelligence: Conduct deep-dive research into industry trends and competitor pricing to recommend optimal product positioning and regional promotions.
Operational Coordination: Collaborate with marketing, finance, and logistics departments to ensure seamless vehicle delivery and premium customer satisfaction.
Reporting & Forecasting: Prepare detailed sales pipelines and performance analytics, identifying market gaps and implementing corrective actions to meet organizational targets.
Team Supervision: Oversee and motivate a diverse team of Corporate Sales Consultants and Support staff to ensure high performance and professional growth.
Requirements
Education: Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree (BA) in Business Administration or a related field.
Experience: At least 15 years of professional experience, with a significant background in managerial roles within the automotive B2B/Fleet sector.
Skills: Proficiency in CRM systems and sales analytics; expert negotiation and strategic problem-solving capabilities.
Languages: Fluency in both English and Arabic is highly preferred.
Location/Availability: Based in Doha, Qatar. Candidates should ideally be inside the country or have significant exposure to other GCC markets.
